Navajo Double Saddle Blankets
As time wore on, cowboys and their horses began to be bigger, so double saddle blankets, designed to be folded in half across the midpoint, gave an extra layer of cushioning and comfort to both horse and rider. They could also be used to sleep on, keep warm in, or perhaps used as a picnic blanket.
